User Research

According to Don Norman, the human centred design process starts with a good understanding of people and the needs that the design is intended to meet. So, naturally, user research and interviews were part of the design process.

"I have free time but don't know what to do with it"

I want to explore new things and meet new people in my city.

“I'm traveling to another city and want to explore local events and sights ”

"I want to attend events that are affordable and within my budget."

“I wish to engage with like-minded people within my career or hobby”

"My friends are coming soon, but I don't know where to take them"

Personas

Based on the acquired data I developed several user profiles and examined their motivations. This enabled me to somewhat forecast their app usage and prioritize functionalities according to their intentions and requirements.
